Using Vendor Item Aliases

1. When you first enter Vendor Item Aliases a "Vendors with Item Aliases " table will display with the following options:

• EXIT – Select EXIT to exit from the Vendor Item Alias option and return to the Interface menu.
• ADD VENDOR – Select ADD Vendor to add Vendor item alias for a new vendor or EDI trading partner.
• PRINT ALL – Select PRINT ALL to print a list of all Vendors and EDI trading partners with Vendor item aliases.
• A list of existing Vendors and EDI trading partners with Vendor Item aliases.

Scroll to the appropriate option and press Enter to select. Press F10 to continue.
